TESTING LABORATORY FOR STRENGTH MEASUREMENT OF MACHINES PARTS
Testing laboratory for strength measurement of machines parts is Accredited by
SNAS in accordance with EN ISO/IEC 17025, Certificate of accreditation No. S-026.
Competence:
in particular, strength static and fatigue tests under accreditation:
basic mechanical metal tests (tensile strength, yield strength, STN EN ISO 6892-1, STN EN ISO 4136),
fatigue tests of material samples and components (truck axles, brake toggles, bogie frames, rail welds, etc.),
impact bending test (Charpy test), (STN EN 148-1, STN EN ISO 9016),
bending test (STN EN ISO 5173),
coupling devices tests (UNECE No. 55),
cableway wagon tests (static and dynamic) (STN EN 13796-3),
mechanic tests of vertical road traffic signs (STN EN 12899-1),
mechanic tests of traffic delineators (STN EN 12899-3).
test laboratory is accredited for technical services by course of Act No 106/2018 Coll. and it is authorised to issue protocols for granting the homologation in accordance with the UNECE regulation No. 55 (E27) on mechanical coupling devices.
Test laboratory also performs:
accelerated life tests of dynamically stressed structures,
measurement of the stress distribution on machine structures,
detection of spring, bumper, damping element characteristics.
Accreditation granting enables the international validation of test results.
